Q: Where can I get single-game tickets?
A: Single-game tickets for URI football, men's basketball and women's basketball can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office, by phone through Ticketmaster at (401) 331-2211, at ticketmaster.com, or at any Ticketmaster outlet.
Q: What type of payment do you accept at the Ryan Center Box Office?
A: The Ryan Center Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept checks for season ticket payments only.
Q: What are the hours at the Ryan Center Box Office?
A: From September through April, the box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. From May through August, the box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm and closed on weekends. For any event, the box office will be open at least 90 minutes prior to the event.
Q: Where can I park when visiting the Ryan Center Box Office?
A: If you are purchasing tickets on a non-event day, enter the University on Plains Road and follow it around to the Ryan Center. There is a parking lot directly in front of the building. On event days, there is a large parking lot across the street from the building.
Q: Where can I get season tickets?
A: Season tickets for URI football, men's basketball and women's basketball can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office, or by calling (401) 874-RAMS.
Q: I have season tickets or a mini-plan. How can I order additional seats to an individual game?
A: The only way to order additional seats to an individual game is to come to the Ryan Center Box Office in person. You can also contact Ticketmaster at (401) 331-2211 or at ticketmaster.com, but you will not be able to select specific seats. The Ryan Center Box Office cannot sell tickets over the phone.
Q: What are the different prices for URI athletic events?
A: For men's basketball, prices are based on what part of the arena you wish to sit in and whether you want an adult, child, senior or faculty/staff ticket. For women's basketball and football, there are adult, child, senior and faculty/staff prices.
Q: I ordered tickets for a URI athletic event through Ticketmaster or a friend is leaving me tickets and I will be picking them up at the game. Where is will call?
A: Will call can be found in the Main Ticketing Tower on the north side of the Ryan Center. The north side is reached by entering the University at Plains Road.
Q: I need accessible seating for a URI athletic event. Who do I contact?
A: Accessible seating can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office or by calling (401) 874-RAMS. Seats are available in most price levels.
Q: I am interested in getting tickets to an away game. Do you offer these tickets?
A: Yes, the Ryan Center Box Office offers tickets to all away football and men's basketball games. These tickets can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office or by calling (401) 874-RAMS. If ordering less than five business days before the game, please contact the opposing team's box office for availability.
Q: I am a parent or friend of a URI athlete. Where do I pick up the tickets they have left for me?
A: For football, your tickets are at a table in the South Lobby, which is reached by turning at the marquee on Route 138. For men's and women's basketball, your tickets are at a table in the North Lobby, which is reached by entering the University at Plains Road.
Q: I am a URI student. What is the ticket policy?
A: URI students receive one free ticket to each URI athletic event. This ticket can be picked up at the Ryan Center Box Office on the day of the game only. One person can bring up to four ID's, including their own.
Q: I've lost my tickets. What do I do?
A: If you are a season ticket or mini-plan holder, please visit the Ryan Center Box Office or call (401) 874-RAMS. If you purchased individual game tickets through Ticketmaster, please contact them directly at (401) 331-2211. If you purchased tickets at the Box Office, there is nothing that can be done. Tickets are like currency and cannot be traced or replaced if lost.
